LOWER ADVANCED NORWEGIAN 1-ONLINE

Lower Advanced Norwegian 1 is designed for students who are ready to engage in discussion, deepen their understanding of grammar & vocabulary and further develop listening, speaking and writing competencies.

For this class we will use Her på berget, a text at the B2 level that is a continuation of Stein på stein, using more complex language with greater emphasis on listening and speaking.  Students will have opportunities to actively engage in their learning through weekly conversation and writing assignments that include both familiar themes as well as newly introduced information.  Instruction is conducted primarily in Norwegian. This class is recommended for those who have completed the Upper Intermediate Norwegian series, or the equivalent, and who are committed to spending time on their Norwegian studies outside of class.
